Work is of cos as usual... full of shit! But I'm extremely happy cos I met Denise Keller! She was outside Bakerzin talking on her mobile... I was looking at her for the whole 3 minutes and when she ended her call her eyes met mine... She noticed me and smiled back!! Actually I hate her because of 2 things but.. she's just too HOT for me to hate her.. On Sunday night I met Shan Wee and today the babe herself!!
The reason why I don't like her
1) She smokes... wait... I haven finish... She once said she maintains a healthy lifestyle... smoking healthy issit?
2) The way she eliminated Howard!

Took a wrong order again! This bastard wanted an ice d. mocha but he didnt say ICE! He said D. Mocha! And it's MY FAULT for not checking if it's ICE mocha or HOT mocha... He fuggin pointed to the D. MOCHA on the menu! And the bitch(Nicole
Bitch: Saed, you need to be very careful when taking order cos this is not yr first time, many times already. If drinks, it's still ok but if food... you're gonna have to pay for it.
Me: Erm.. for food I only took wrong orders twice... The first time it was TOTALLY not my fault cos the customer said it herself she wants a "Warm Choc Cake" and Marlene(ex-mgr) heard it too! The other time was it should be 2 soups but I keyed in 1 soup, and that, we didnt make any loss financially..*I sounded defensive, think learnt it from Julya... =o)*
Bitch: Yes but the customers want to have the soup together so it's not nice...
Me: *in my heart* yes idiot, i know, i said we didnt make any loss "financially" and anyways the soup came out in 3 mins... and the customer did not complain at all! And besides that was the only time I made that kinda mistake! Oh u friggin ass!
And ya, I cant eat sweets while working, cos the sweet might just come out of my mouth when I'm repeating order... BULL!
Melanie came to Bakerzin yesterday! Wah in 3 weeks, 3 people whom I know had came to bakerzin atrium! First was my ex-tcc mgr, didnt give her discount.. sigh... 2nd was Jeremy Tcc MT(CQ) came with his gf, sooo pretty... gave him discount!! And yesterday Melanie, did not give her discount cos just got scolded by the BITCH...
Was talking to Kelvin a new part timer, seems that we can get along really well, was telling him to be careful when taking orders etc etc (dun wan him to make mistakes den kana scold like me) and suddenly
The friggin bitch: You 2 dun always talk, pay attention to the customers...
Knn! There was only 1 table occupied lor, and all of them finished eating already and we have cleared the table! While we were talking we kept a look out at the customers wat! Wats ur fuggin prob u old bitch!? 1 min later Terence and Yuan Boon (both part timers, worked there for quite sometime rdy) were talking to each other, backs facing the customers and the old bitch did not say anything..
Me to kelvin: U see la, they talk nth wrong lor, I talk cannot... Fair anot?
After that we were talking abt an old man(a customer) who was so stucked up... treated us like a piece of shit...
Kelvin: Stupid old man, so fat... hope you die of diabetes after drinking the double mocha!

After Kelvin left at 5, the four of them (Bitch, Candice(supervisor), terence, yuan boon) were happily chattin... and i purposely stand far awy from them... for 1 whole hour i did not say a word and the bitch suddenly asked "saed if there's anything that u dunno u better ask me now i dun later after 2 mths den u tell me u dunno this u dunno that cos I'll have to write a report for yr sch" In my heart 'what! threatening me ar? If i dun perform u wanna fail me issit? ccb! not scared lor' Rita came at 6 and yesh! Finally someone to talk to... but while talking candice interuppted "You two stop talking Rita u stand the other side" Knn! Wah lau just now the four of u already had enuff fun chattin for 1 hr wat! Shudnt it be my turn now! After that, Candice called me and told me that I shudnt talk too much to the part timers.. Rita saw Candice talking to me and asked me what did she say..
Me: She told me not to talk too much to part timers
Rita: Why?
Me: I dunno... might as well say "Saed I want u to shut up all day long"

Wat a long entry... ok last one, Shan Wee from eye for a guy came with the girl from channel u Superstar, the tanned girl... both of them were very nice and polite I served them and I was also the one who opened the door and bid them farewell.. They smiled at me.. so polite... and btw Shan Wee is super duper tall.. I felt like a dwarf...
Betty came to Atrium again but this time she's working at the outlet... Working with her was so much fun and less stressful! She's always joking with me... She's really a nice lady! She asked me abt Jasmine Soh, and I told her "oh Jasmine.. she's happily attached to Singex" haha.. Of cos work everyday is crappy just that today, it was a lil bit better... Betty treated all of us to Chicken Curry! Oh ya... that idiotic guy who caused me to get scoldings from Marlene forgot to do table setting after taking order today, and I realised it! I was saying in my heart "hmm.. now you're gonna get scoldings pretty soon.. muahaha" But guess wat... I just can't bring myself to do it... I did the setting for him and obviously he didnt know abt it...
It was all fine until I was abt to knock off when Nicole(I hate her!) asked me:
Nicole: Saed on Fri u wanna work part time?
Me: Dun wan la..
Nicole: Why?
Me: erm.. I'll be going out..
After that she gave me a black face... the "not happy" face! Wtf! I dun wanna do part time my problem la... I'm only supposed to complete 48hrs in a week! U think I'm hard up for money issit! knn!
After work I went to Outram.. gotta visit my Father at SGH, he's been warded there... some eye problem la.. Smoke too much until the smoke smoldered his eyes.. Nah.. just my stupid analysis.. While walking there I met... guess who? Evelyn!! From hospi! Was so glad to see her cos I havent seen any hopsi studs for so long... Aaah.. miss everybody... Evelyn is still as cute as ever... hehe.. She just finished work...
Ok lastly a funny incident... went to 7 Eleven and saw this girl holding small containers(samples) from a drink and nobody seemed to noticed her existence, so I smiled at her ... and then she told me to try and explain to me abt the drink.. vitamin c la bla bla..
Girl: So how is it?
Me: Err.. Taste like medicine.
Girl: Haha.. it's supposed to taste like dat.
Me: Icic
Me: Erm.. are you promoting this drink or wat?
Girl: Erm ya.. just to create awareness
Me: So if I buy this drink will u like.. get.. u know...
Girl: No.. there's no commission..
Me: *looks at other drinks* erm.. I think I'll get this vitamin c drink to give u my support.
Girl: Oh thank you!
Me: *Smiles* See you..
Paid for the drink, saw her near the entrance, smiled at her and walked off...
well.. I just cant believe that I flirted... though it was a very short one... That chinese girl is really my type.. I mean she's not that pretty... she's just likeable and simple..

Dun wanna talk abt it actually... Cos I'm just pissed! Alright lemme ask y'all, I took the orders for a table and they ordered TWO soups but I keyed in ONE soup, and when YOU served the soup to that guy, he said "I ordered TWO soups". What will you do? MOST of us wud just tell the customer "Your soup is coming right up" and quickly key in the order into the POS system rite? How long wud preparing a bloody soup takes? Less than 5 farking mins! But this guy at my work place(a part-timer) actually told my manager abt it and landed me in trouble! Got scolded by my manager! Wtf rite?? I so hate him! So what if you have worked there for quite sometime? So what if you're a student from NAFA? You think you are stylish? You think you are hip? You think you are so cute wearing that stupid mickey mouse bag of yrs!? The sight of you just makes me.. SICK!
Sadly that wasn't the only bad thing that happened yesterday... A customer came, I attended to him and he said "I want to order cake". The moment I heard the word "order" the first thing that came to my mind was "oh he wants to order whole cake" So I point him to Nicole(Asst. OM) cos I dunno anything abt whole cakes and how do I go abt in handling the orders.. But turned out that stupid guy just wants a slice of strawberry shortcake! Wtf rite!? If you want a slice den just tell me "Can I have a slice of Straw.ShortCake" I wud definitely not bother Nicole and do it myself! But oh well, "order" can mean many things... After that Nicole told me "Next time check with the customers first, don't everything pass to us"
No.. that's not the end of the bad day. A customer called to order whole cake.. and I've tried my best handling her queries but I really dunno abt the sizes and the prices.. So.. I pass to Nicole and I can see that she's not happy(earlier a customer called abt ordering whole cakes too and I passed to Marlene and she didnt scold me or wat cos she knows that she havent taught me abt whole cakes yet) After the phone call... Obviously I got reprimanded by Nicole... Den she told me abt all the cakes and the sizes and prices and delivery procedures etc etc.. the way she told me was like in a very harsh tone... It's only been 2 weeks! How many things they want me to learn!? Even in Sch we are being taught A topic in at least one week before going on to the next topic. Oh fark it! I can't wait for this whole Bloody SIP to end!
My bro's gf waited for me after work again... gotta accompany her to collect my bro's new sim card cos my bro lost his hp AGAIN! In 2 mths! Wtf rite? Really neva learnt his lessons! Went to Raffles City, Suntec, Esplanade, One Fullerton to sit near the merlion and lastly to Bugis... At least there's someone whom I can complaint abt my farking work to. Of cos Lucy is the another person whom I always complaint to! lol! Sry ar.. everytime listen to my complaints..

My manager Marlene is really driving me crazy, I can't possibly learn so many things in 1 week rite.. Just now she taught me to do settlements.. So much things to do (Visa, Master, Amex).. And I don't really understand but I just "ya, ya, ok, ok, understand" but the truth is I know nuts! She told me to jot down the steps and told me "Next time I ask you to do settlemets and u tell me u dunno I'll kill you" Btw Marlene is going to be transferred to United Square(Grace's Outlet).. I'll be less stressful! And ya she wants to teach me bar soon... arrrghh...!!
Today Betty(OM) called and a part timer picked up the phone "Good Afternoon, Bakerzin OA" and after that he passed the phone to Lam(Team Leader II)
Betty: Lam, how yr staff pick up the phone ar? Wat OA? The customers know wat OA is, is it?
Lam complained to me when I came at 3pm just now, I just laughed...
Work was ok, was havin a good conversation with Rita when suddenly;
Marlene: You two stop talking , Saed go stand at the cashier and do cashiering for me, I'm goin to the toilet...
Wtf, when I dun talk say I'm quiet... when I talk ask me to shut up... so she wants me to talk or shut up!?? Chatting with Rita was so much fun cos she has been to TCC before and I had alot to talk abt TCC with her! Tmr I'm working 10.30-5! yay!!
In Bakerzin the POS System is the older one(not micros) but has a special function, that is, you have to key in yr code to access the system. This enables us to track the person who keyed in the orders (in case of wrong orders) and the person who cashed out (in case cashed out wrongly) But only the Managers', Supervisors' and Team Leaders' codes are abled to do bill transactions. Probably they think this will minimise the number of wrong transactions? Having explained how the system works, brings me to this entry's title! Two customers(men) left without settling the bill... I quickly ask Lam(Team Leader II) to check the POS cos I dun remember settling the bill for them.. and guess wat, I had to chase after one of them! All the way to the MRT Station! Me : Excuse me Sir, You havent settle the bill yet.
Well, I think I've adjusted myself to my new everyday routine... Work is gettin better or issit I'm gettin used to the work? lol... Anyways, my purpose in blogging today is to tell everyone that I'm doing fine in Bakerzin... Everyday there're lotsa different experiences... I think Singaporeans should learn to be more polite like Indonesians. (There's this Chinese Indonesian guy who actually said "Thank You Sir" to me.)
Him : That fella didnt settle the bill? Son of a B****! How much issit?
Me : I'm not sure.. what did you order?
Him : Just 2 cup of coffees.
Me : $10 shud be enuff I think.
Him : Erm.. I'll just follow you la, later not enuff u chase me again..
