BACK!!
Been having connection problems and I actually stole someone else's connection but tt idiot always switch off his router after 1am! Starhub couldn't help me and said that I have to call linksys cos the problem is with the router. And so I called linksys and was served by Eric (guess he's angmoh due to the accent he was carrying) Boy this guy is great!! I lurrvee his service!! HE's FIT to be in this line (customer service)! HE actually explained step by step on what I should do AND he even told me what went wrong and explained to me. He doesnt only wanna solve my problem BUT he wants me to know WHAT IS the problem. Not a moment, he sounded impatient! Isnt he great? I wish one day if I ever work as a customer service officer, I wud be able to give a service as good as Eric does! Forgot to get his batch number if not I would write in to linksys to commend him... This is the first time I got a service which left an impact on me... He has gone the extra mile... Sadly it's not from a Singaporean, I'm quite sure he's angmoh...
Okay since I'm blogging abt service, lemme just share with you on my sis's encounter with a service staff... this service staff was so irritating, she wasn't serious in helping my sis with the problems.... my sis got so fed up that she said this:
She said this very softly leaning towards tt service staff and gritting her teeth...
"Before... I embarass you.. Infront of everybody... call yr manager now"
Muahahahahaha! Manager came out and asked my sis "Hi... how can I help you?"
My sis : You mean I have to explain everything tt I have told yr staff to you?? What for you have subordinates working under you if they cant explain to you the problems I'm having?
Mgr: Oh ok.. *went over to his staff and get the story*
Haiz.. manager manager... isnt it the basic to get to know the situation from yr staff first b4 attending to customers???
I'm seriously suffering from insomnia! I can't get to sleep! Sigh... Guess I'll blog abit and hopefully I get tired and sleepy soon!
Today I heard a good news! Kelvin's pay is now increased! I was the one who told Lam abt increasing Kel's pay since he worked a yr plus alrdy... didnt know Lam actually told Anthony(Asst. Mgr) abt it and taadaah! Haha... Happy for him... He deserves it...
Saw something atrocious just now! Pansie showed me the msg that asshole sent her abt his schedule! Omfg! He actually requested to do bar!! And it's on Saturday! He really thinks he's soo good at bar already... bahz...! I cant be bothered... But I think imma talk to Anthony bout that asshole... wats the pt. saying u wanna quit but u r still staying? He's just 'threatening' Anthony... I'll make sure he'll leave baker's! Managed to talk to Pansie to let that asshole go(quit) and not stop him.. =o) Yayaya call me evil.. I dun care... He's over the limits! And I'm working alot nxt week! Like a full timer! Reason being:
1)I dun wan mgr/spvr to work more than 50hrs... unfair to them!
2)Dun wan let Daniel Tay save money!!
3)To convince them tt altho tt asshole not working still enuff staff!
However we r short of staff next week fri and sat! Running with only 4 staff for dinner! Pansie was telling me "Nvm la... fri n sat dinner all the power pack working, me, anthony, lam and you" But I still want 5 staff!!! I dun wan Daniel Tay to save money!! Grrrrr!!!! M thinking of asking Gabriel to help out... Will try talking to tt biatch into helping us for at least one day! lol! Time to practise my "psycho skills" heh!

I tried G-Max!! I couldn't believe I actually did try! I mean I didn't even gave second thoughts! It was superbly exhilarating! And to be slingshot 60 metres above ground was pure thrill! But I really really advice the makciks n aunties out there to stay out of it! When I was waiting to be slingshot... I was getting a little bit stressed... Tension was building tremendously! I told my cousin who was next to me "Eh I very stress..." I totally enjoyed the part where I was floating 60 metres above ground, amidst the air... I caught the scenic view of Clarke Quay from above! It was just very beautiful! I had it at "night"(dark) btw... erm... 2am to be exact??? lol! Best part of all... I dun have to pay for it, was a treat!!
Work
Work's been like shit! Like the customers dun already give me enuff problems, now even my colleagues hafta give me shit!!! Some farking asshole seriously thinks he's bloody good already! Oh how I wish I could just tell him straight to his face that he's nowhere near me! I was assigned to be the barista after a very long time... And guess wat?? I was chased out of my bar by him!??? He came in, tell me "eh u go out, let me do, dun wry I wunt screw up" I was just toooo god damn fucking pissed that I just left the farking bar immediately! I told Lam to not put me as the barista ever cos what's the point of planning the station plan when SOMEBODY is not following it! I've been very patient, tolerated alot... I just dun wanna burst! This shit is just piling up and I dun wan it to come to the level where I need to blow that pile of shit outta my way! Thank god he's taking a week's break... after he comes back then I AM TAKING A WEEK'S BREAK! YES!!! Enuff bout this shit!

Still haven receive any letter when many have got theirs! I dun wan my enlistment to be delayed! I wanna get done n over with it as early as possible! God... 2yrs is long... Hmmm... Letter can u please come soon!? I seriously dun understand why the ppl arnd me when I tell them tt I haven receive my letter, they wud reply "gud wat?" Dun you people understand, the later I enlist the later I'll "graduate" from NS! How stupid can you people get??? K sry sry... Just pissed la... Dun wanna waste my precious time... Sabrina from Bakerzin RC was sooo funny!! She said "you tell them, hey if you r not gonna send me the letter.. den dun u ever send it to me... I do not want to waste my YOUTH serving this NS thingy! It's either u send it soon or dun send it at all!" lol! Hilarious!

Been watching "Dia" religiously on Suria every Monday! God I lurve this show! I wish I can meet all the stars from this show! I wanna tell them that they are oh-so-great! Next week's episode's gonna be very the saddening... =( Scared I cry... wahahahaha! I just lurve the language! It's so cute!! Haahaa! Oh I caught a glimpse of Ari Wibowo at Plaza Sing... It was too damn packed!! I took quite awhile to get into Plaza Sing to meet lucy... I was already farking late and the crowd was delaying me further... And so... I caught a glimpse of Ari! I tot he'll be there at 2 but it was 3pm n he jus arrived! lol.. Couldn't really see clearly la and I was trying to get into Plaza Sing asap cos lucy waited close to an hr 4 me =p... Along the way I heard "makciks" and "kakaks" oh and even "abangs" saying things like
"Handsome siak"
"Eh handsome-nye"
"Eh mcm orang putih"
"Bang, Handsome eh Ari Wibowo"
I could only laugh inside... especially for the comment "mcm org putih" I mean... like DUH!!! His mum is German how can he not look "mcm org putih" tt was the stupidest comment! But anyways, I have to join them and say this... Ari Wibowo gotta be one of the most gorgeous male on earth... Well he got that pan-asian look... *envies*
Kalau gitu aku pun mau nikah same 'bule' jadi anak aku orgnya cakep banget seperti Ari.. Iya kan teman2??
